14.3 Html server and serial gateway

When VLAN management is enabled, the administration web server and the serial gateway must

belong to a VLAN.

“Administration VLAN ID” parameter :

Enter the VLAN ID to which the administration html server belongs.

“Serial gateway VLAN ID” parameter :

Enter the VLAN ID to which the serial gateways belong.

Remark :

If the serial gateway does not belong to the same VLAN as the html administration server, a particular

IP address must be assigned to serial gateways.

• Select “Set up > IP protocol 1 routing > IP protocol ”.

• Select the “Use a different address for the serial gateways” checkbox.

• Enter the IP address assigned to the serial gateways.
